Interview: Type Two Podcast

Starting All The Elements was never part of the plan. I wanted to find a network of people who were having the conversation about diversity in the UK outdoors so I could join it. During my process of exploration, I heard an interview on Looking Sideways podcast in 2019 where the show’s host Matt Barr interviewed Phil Young on this exact subject.

So when Matt invited me to be interviewed on the Type Two podcast supported by Patagonia, of course I said yes. We talked about the very beginning of ATE, how it’s developed into what it is now, the importance of paying people within the industry, the OUTO incubator programme I’ve recently taken part in and more!
